1. License Grant
The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for the purpose of integrating Clover POS data with Celigo. The App may only be used with explicit permission from the Developer.
2. Restrictions
- Modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App
- Use the App without the Developer’s authorization
- Replicate or attempt to create a competing application
3. Data Handling
The App does not store, retain, or process any data outside of Clover and Celigo. It only reads data from the Clover API and sends it securely to Celigo. No data is transmitted to the Developer.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the property of the Developer. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
5. Termination
The Developer may terminate access to the App at any time. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The Developer is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not responsible for any loss, disruption, or errors caused by the use of the App.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
